Fish

Oily fish. Rich in skin-boosting essential fatty acids, oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines should be eaten twice a week for their general health-giving benefits.

Oysters. Renowned as an aphrodisiac, oysters are also the best dietary source of zinc.  Zinc is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of body processes including skin healing, sperm production (hence the reputation!) and cell renewal. Other sources are calf’s liver, beef, lamb, spinach and asparagus.
